Q: How many guests can be illustrated?
A: Each portrait takes approximately 10 minutes, with timing depending on outfit details, accessories, and hairstyles. Guests can be drawn individually or as pairs.
Keep in mind a little time is needed between photos and sketches for each guest.Q: Can you adapt the style of the drawing to suit my brand or theme?
A: Absolutely! I can incorporate small details, colors, or props that reflect your brand or the theme of your event. Each portrait is thoughtfully designed to capture the mood and personality of your guests, creating a unique, stylish experience without overcomplicating the process.Q: When should I book your live illustration service?
A: I recommend getting in touch at least 2–4 weeks before your brand event, especially if it’s during a busy launch period or promotional season. Short notice? No problem, I’ll do my best to fit your event into my schedule.Q: What materials do you use for live portraits?
A: I use high-quality markers, watercolour, pencils, and paper for live illustrations, typically on A5 paper that guests can take home immediately.Q: What is your booking policy?
To secure your date, a non-refundable 100€ deposit is required at the time of the booking. The remaining balance is due 2 week before the event. Check the booking and cancellation details in the policy section on the Contact page.Q: How do I request a quote?

How It Works?

I create live illustrations directly at your event using fast-drying markers, so guests can take their portraits home immediately in protective sleeves. Guests stop by my table when it’s convenient for them. I take a quick photo while they are there, and they can continue enjoying the event without waiting!I set up at a table and chair provided by the venue, ideally in a well-lit area with access to a power outlet for my light. Outdoor setups are also possible if the weather allows.Illustrations are created in the order photos are taken, up to 6 portraits per hour.

Limitations:✦ One drawing per guest, either individually or as a duo/pair.✦ Guests must be present at the event; I do not draw from personal photos.✦ Time-based service: very large celebrations may not allow every guest to be drawn.✦ Stylized poses are used to capture each guest’s energy and personality.

Each live illustration package is designed to fit your celebration and give your guests a meaningful keepsake to remember the day.✦ I typically draw up to guests per hour, individually or as pairs.✦ For weddings, an A4 portrait of the couple, made before or after the special day with extra care and detail.✦ Guest drawings on A5 premium artist-grade paper, beautifully packed in protective sleeves.✦ Any unfinished illustrations (e.g., due to illness or venue interruptions) completed in-studio and delivered afterward.✦ Additional drawings for larger guest lists can be drawn after the event from photos, see the Add-On service for details!Pricing & Booking✦ €160 per hour (minimum booking: 2 hours)✦ Travel within 60 km of central Helsinki included; beyond that, a travel fee of €0.60 per km applies.

Included (Wedding Keepsake): A4 Couple Portrait

This one is just for you. A dedicated portrait of the couple, created outside of the rush of the event.You choose the timing:
• before the wedding (from fitting / rehearsal photos)
• after the wedding (from selected moments)This way, I can stay fully in the live flow during your event (drawing your guests, capturing the energy), and then focus properly on your portrait with time and attention.This is a wedding-only piece, for other events, I usually draw the hosts together with guests during the live session.

Don’t Leave Anyone Out!

If your celebration has more guests than can be drawn live, you can include add-on portraits for 18€ each.If this service is booked in advance, I'll take reference photos of the additional guests during the wedding and complete their portraits in my studio afterwards. Each portrait is drawn on premium paper and delivered within 2 weeks.

Q: How many guests can be illustrated?
A: Typically up to 6 portraits per hour, depending on outfit details and complexity. Each sketch can include 1–2 people, and each guest is drawn only once. Keep in mind a little time is needed between photos and sketches for each guestQ: What happens if not all portraits are finished during the event?
A: In the rare case that time runs out or an unexpected interruption occurs, I complete the remaining portraits in my studio after the event. They will be finished with the same care and quality, and delivered to you. All portraits come in protective plastic sleeves.Q: Can every guest be drawn?
A: The number of live portraits depends on the length of your booking (up to 6 portraits per hour). If you'd love more guests to receive a portrait, you can add post-event illustrations, completed in my studio after the wedding. We'll simply plan this together before your big day so I can prepare accordingly to take photos of the rest of the guests.Q: Do I need to provide a table or chair?

1. Metal Embossing
Press simple patterns into soft metallic sheets to make a small framed artwork. 2. Pixel Beaded Hanging
Make a colorful beaded hanging using pre-designed patterns. 3. Mini Rubber Stamp
Design and carve a 5×5 cm stamp from soft rubber. Stamps can be used on cards, fabric, or other surfaces.
